MS45 Hybrid Sealant Adhesive

Single component elastic hybrid adhesive based on hybrid polymer that cures due to air humidity. 

• Sealant is silicone, isocyanate, solvent and odor free. 

• Great adhesion and paintability with acrylic paints. Great adhesion to most building materials such as aluminium, galvanized steel, copper, glass, PVC, concrete, wood, bricks and wet substrates. 

• Stable, elastic, suitable for transportation, moving joints and uneven surfaces. 

• Excellent resistance to UV, ageing, weathering and chemical resistance: resists fresh, salt and hard water as well as aqueous household agents, spills of hydrocarbons, diluted acids and bases.
